Election of the Committee

 

The election was supervised by the shiretrust auditors, French Duncan, and was conducted under the Single Transferable Voting (STV) system.

 

Jim Laing, of French Duncan, attended the meeting and declared the result as follows:-

 

Of 104 members some 54 returned voting forms and the following were elected, in no particular order :-

 

Linda Stewart

Ian Ramsay

Tadek Kopsyzwa

Scott Fraser

Ian Fleming

Drummond Calder.

 

The first meeting of the newly constituted committee was to follow immediately on closure of the AGM with one of the agenda items being the appointment of office bearers.
